Kate is the founder of Fittest PR. Kate comes from a private banking background where she worked for six years for some of the world’s largest banks. After leaving banking to peruse her passion and talents and work within the world of communications within a London based lifestyle agency, Kate quickly established herself as a leader within the health, fitness and wellness sector combining her PR and Brand Strategy skills with her love of fitness.
In 2020, Kate created her own niche market within the communications industry and founded Fittest PR Ltd, as a stand-alone specialist agency working with brands, businesses and athletes within the functional fitness and CrossFit space. In just a year, Kate has quickly established herself as the market leader working exclusively with the most recognisable brands and voices in the space.
